biography

Reagan Griffin is a dancer from Spring, Texas, just outside of Houston and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography at Texas State University. Reagan started dancing at age 3 and trained at Profusion Performing Arts in her early years, then later moved to Rowland Ballard School of Dance, where she competed in high school.

Throughout her competitive dance career, Reagan received multiple overall awards, scholarships, and recognition from judges for both her performance and artistry. These experiences strengthened her passion for dance and inspired her to continue growing as both a performer and a choreographer.

At Texas State University, Reagan studies under distinguished dance artists and educators, including Michelle Nance, Amanda McCorkle, Shay Hartung, Megan Moss, Brandon Gonzalez, Lynzy Lab, and Torens Johnson. Through their mentorship, she continues to strengthen her technical foundation while expanding her knowledge and artistry across contemporary, modern, jazz, and ballet, and also developing her skills in choreography, improvisation, and performance.

As she continues to grow as both an artist and individual, Reagan remains committed to deepening her understanding of movement and its ability to communicate what words often cannot. With a foundation rooted in both discipline and curiosity, she aims to create work that feels honest, impactful, and reflective of real human experiences. Reagan looks forward to continuing her journey in dance, expanding her voice, and contributing meaningful work that connects with and inspires others.
